How to Pay the Fee
You have several payment options:
Important Details for Check Payments
If you choose to pay by check, make sure it’s payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Non-Refundable Fees
When you make a payment, you’re agreeing to pay for a government service. Please note that filing fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application, petition, or request — even if you decide to withdraw your request. Additionally, if you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, the payment cannot be disputed later.
For added convenience, use our Fee Calculator to help determine your exact fee.
Paying for Multiple Forms
If you’re submitting multiple forms, make sure to pay the filing fee for each form separately. We are in the process of transitioning to electronic processing for immigration benefit requests, and using multiple systems for your package means we can’t accept a single combined payment for multiple forms. Submitting a combined payment may result in your entire package being rejected.
