We are in the process of transitioning to electronic processing for immigration benefit requests, and using multiple systems for your package means we can’t accept a single combined payment for multiple forms. Submitting a combined payment may result in your entire package being rejected.

Step-by-Step Guide to Filing Form I-907

Part 1: Basic Information

  • Top section: This section is for USCIS use only. Leave it blank.
  • Attorney Information: If you’re using an attorney, this is where they’ll fill out their details. If not, you can skip it.
  • Personal Information: Begin where it says, “Start here.” Remember to type or print your information using black ink.

Tip: While you can type or print, avoid making corrections to pre-printed information. Just keep it neat and accurate.

  • Alien Registration Number (A-Number): This will be required if you’re filing for premium processing along with one of the following forms: I-129, I-539, I-765, or I-140. If you’re filing these forms at the same time, you may not have your A-number yet. But if you’ve already received your I-797, you’ll use that receipt number.

Part 2: Information About Your Request

  • If you’re filing the I-140 petition along with the I-907 request for premium processing, this part will be filled out based on your specific case.
  • Don’t forget to include your receipt number if you’ve already received your I-797 approval notice. If you’re submitting both forms together, leave the receipt number blank.

Part 3: Signature and Declaration

  • Carefully read the instructions in the form, particularly the section about penalties for providing false information.
  • When completing the Request Statement, check Box A if you understand English and can answer the questions yourself. If someone helped prepare or interpret the form for you, you’ll select the appropriate options here.

Parts 4 & 5: Interpreter and Preparer Information

If you didn’t use an interpreter or a preparer, these sections can be left blank. Otherwise, complete the information for those who assisted you.
